Description
Ouster is hiring a San Francisco-based Hardware Systems Engineer to architect and manage system-level requirements for functionally safe LIDAR sensing products, develop safety work products, maintain requirements traceability, automate documentation and verification with Python, and lead system-level validation. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least five years of systems engineering experience including three years on functionally safe products, ISO 26262 expertise, requirements-management and Python experience, and experience with Git and the V-model. The disclosed base pay is $160,000–$185,000, with possible equity and benefits.
