Under the direct supervision of the Manager, the Systems Engineer provides on-site systems operations support for the Palomar Health District. Responsibilities include configuring physical and virtual servers, managing incidents, providing Tier II support, upgrading hardware/OS, troubleshooting problems, monitoring applications/servers, optimizing resources, tuning performance, and ensuring application/system availability and integrity. On-call coverage is required.
