The Systems Engineer will own system-level definition and application support for GaN power FETs and synchronous-rectifier FETs used in datacenter power conversion. The role characterizes and benchmarks devices, develops SPICE, SIMPLIS, and PLECS models, creates application notes and reference designs, supports datacenter OEMs and ODMs through design-in and qualification, identifies portfolio gaps, and builds and validates evaluation platforms for LLC, phase-shifted full-bridge, and multi-phase synchronous-buck converters. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, ECE, or a related field and at least four years of relevant systems-engineering experience with power conversion.
