Client Solution Architects is hiring a Systems Engineer II to support critical naval software delivery operations for Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego, California. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining secure software delivery pipelines across defense and classified environments, including application-arsenal software, CI/CD systems, and mission-critical applications. Responsibilities include systems architecture, requirements traceability, system integration, production software sustainment, vulnerability management, technical debt remediation, secure deployments, monitoring, and DISA STIG compliance. Candidates must have an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least three years of systems engineering and continuous software sustainment experience, and at least two years of recent enterprise server administration experience, along with extensive Linux and Windows server, virtualization, automation, and security experience.
