Description
ProVal Technologies is hiring an RMM Automation Engineer to administer and maintain RMM platforms such as VSA, Datto RMM, and NinjaOne; configure monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation; develop PowerShell, bash, or Python scripts; manage Windows patching and compliance; troubleshoot endpoint issues; support security operations; maintain asset and documentation records; and collaborate with NOC, Service Desk, and Engineering teams. The role requires a technical graduate, excellent communication skills, flexible shift work, and 3–5 years of relevant experience in automation and RMM, with MSP, security, API, and scripting experience beneficial.
