Description
The role supports the reliable operation of customer IT systems, handles storage and backup requests, and develops service-platform capabilities. Responsibilities include processing standard requests, planning optimizations and migrations, collaborating with customers and vendors, and improving system performance and security. The position requires NetApp ONTAP CLI and hardware expertise, knowledge of VMware, MSSQL, Exchange, M365, containers, and backup solutions, hybrid-cloud experience, and ITIL fundamentals. It is a full-time, permanent position based in Dortmund, Ense, Cologne, or Nuremberg, with home-office availability.
