The role translates process requirements into equipment specifications, defines cleaning, wet etch, and surface preparation needs, benchmarks and selects vendors, evaluates tool performance and facility constraints, and collaborates with process, facilities, and integration teams. Candidates need a BS or MS in Mechanical, Chemical, or Systems Engineering, at least five years of semiconductor processing equipment experience, and strong knowledge of wet processing systems and chemical handling; advanced packaging or wafer-level substrate processing experience is preferred.
