OPTIMA Pharma GmbH is hiring a full-time, permanent System Engineer with a focus on network technology in Schwäbisch Hall, Germany. The role develops and manages IT infrastructure in a production-near pharmaceutical environment, including Windows servers and clients, VMware ESXi and Windows Server virtualization, HMI and SCADA systems, customer network integration, firewalls, routers, switches, Active Directory, and user administration. The position requires a degree or technician training in computer science or a related field, extensive IT-system configuration and administration knowledge, and occasional travel; English proficiency is also required.
