Description
Quest Global is seeking a System Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end subsystem development in a complex product environment. The role owns system specifications, architecture, integration, validation, performance evaluation, program delivery, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination across hardware, software, procurement, and supply chain. It requires a strong mechanical and electrical engineering background, product-development experience, subsystem ownership, system engineering and integration expertise, and 12+ years of hardware product development experience. Semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, hardware-software co-design, global cross-functional teams, supply chain, and agile or hybrid development experience are advantageous.
