Management Applications, Inc. is seeking System Engineers for a long-term contract with the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This role involves assisting with the analysis, installation, configuration, problem isolation, and resolution in various IT fields such as Helpdesk, Server Administration, Network Management, and Desktop Support. The successful candidate will support areas like desktop deployments, field support, warehouse operations, audio visual support, technical writing, hardware testing, security operations, network maintenance, cabling, collaboration services, authorization assessment, remote site end-user support, and electronic business center support.
