Description
NXP is hiring a System IC Architect to define and lead advanced power management and point-of-load (PoL) semiconductor architectures, including System-in-Package (SiP) integration for automotive, AI compute, and electrification platforms. The role owns product concepts and roadmaps, translates customer requirements into packaging and power solutions, supports thermal and electrical optimization, leads cross-functional engineering and customer design-in activities, and provides strategic technology advice. It is open to 100% remote work from anywhere in the United States or EMEA, with quarterly travel to the Chandler site and customer visits as needed.
