The role handles end-to-end onboarding for Customer Enterprise, prepares training needs and success matrices, learns new product features, and keeps training materials current. Candidates need a diploma, at least three years of professional experience, familiarity with Transport Management Systems, enterprise project implementation and leadership experience, strong enterprise customer engagement skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
