The role manages software assets from procurement through deployment, maintenance, and disposition; coordinates problem tickets; maintains asset databases; produces reports and metrics; and supports customer and internal IT teams. Required qualifications include asset management knowledge, IT support experience, Microsoft Suite reporting, and helpdesk ticketing experience. Desired skills include software reconciliation, licensing, inventory management, process development, Filemaker Pro, procure-to-pay systems, and call-center experience.
