Description
The role conducts first-level failure analysis on HDD drive programs, executes automated test suites, interprets technical results, maintains lab systems and hardware, performs preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, and manages drive and system inventory. It requires an associate degree in engineering or equivalent experience, knowledge of computers, networks, and storage systems, independent test execution, technical-result interpretation, and office-tool proficiency.
