Description
The HDD Inventory and Lab Technician manages hard-disk-drive inventory across customer teams, loads and unloads drives, tracks inventory, supports packaging and shipping, and performs customer testing including performance benchmarks, electrical tests, firmware updates, and problem reporting. The role requires Linux system knowledge, familiarity with test equipment such as bus analyzers, safety compliance, and strong communication skills; pallet-jack and hand-tool experience are preferred.
