Google is hiring a System Level Test Engineer to develop and deploy System Level Test (SLT) solutions for new product introduction and hand-off to high-volume manufacturing of SoCs. The role covers hardware and integration requirements, test flows, test automation, test deployment, silicon validation, functional yield evaluation, production screening, and support at OSAT facilities. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, experience with SLT or product engineering, ASIC or SoC bring-up and functional verification, and project leadership experience.
