Description
Qualcomm is hiring an ATE Test Engineer to support early-stage silicon bring-up, post-silicon validation, system-level hardware testing, automated test content, production screening, and debug capabilities. The role requires 5+ years of semiconductor ATE test engineering experience, hands-on Advantest V93k or Teradyne platform experience, knowledge of DFT and VLSI technologies, and proficiency in Python, Java, or C#. Preferred qualifications include system-level testing, embedded SoC validation, software automation, data analytics, CI/CD, and hardware debugging experience.
