The System (Linux) Admin will engineer and operate Linux-based infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, storage, network equipment, automation, and operational support. Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, maintaining security patches and backups, troubleshooting hardware and software failures, managing user accounts, and providing Tier III support. The role requires strong VMware and Linux administration skills, at least seven years of Linux system administration experience, relevant certifications, and the ability to move servers between data centers and labs. Compensation is up to $79,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
