STAX Engineering is hiring multiple full-time System Managers for its Operations team in the Bay Area. The role leads barge and maritime system operations, develops maintenance strategies, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical issues, oversees upgrades and repairs, maintains compliance documentation, and supervises deckhands and field personnel. Candidates need hands-on technical leadership and troubleshooting experience in maritime, industrial, manufacturing, energy, utility, transportation, military, or technical operations environments. The position pays $90,000 annually during training and increases to $105,000 upon successful completion, with occasional travel to Long Beach, Los Angeles, and Port Hueneme.
