Eversource is hiring one regular System Operations Training Specialist to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve classroom and on-the-job training for electric transmission system operations. The role includes simulation, training requests, regulatory and procedural updates, vendor evaluation, committee participation, and emergency response support. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology or a related discipline, 5–10 years of experience in electric power distribution, transmission, or generation, and NERC Transmission Operator or higher certification; travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire and emergency storm assignments are required. The annual salary range is $128,360.00–$142,620.00, with a potential incentive.
