Description
Apple is hiring a System Performance Engineer - AI/ML on the Platform Architecture team to benchmark AI experiences across hardware and software. The role curates AI workloads, defines metrics, runs experiments, analyzes system behavior and performance data, identifies optimization opportunities across CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, memory, storage, operating systems, drivers, applications, thermals, power, and acoustics, and presents findings to executive leadership and cross-functional partners. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree and experience with performance measurement, profiling tools, and AI/ML workload benchmarking.
