The position entails designing and setting up transmission and generation protection systems, including managing diverse assignments requiring professional judgment and knowledge of these systems. The role also involves assisting other departments with protection and control systems, performing project management on system protection projects, and ensuring NERC compliance. Key responsibilities include designing complex protection schemes, preparing and reviewing settings and diagrams, analyzing system disturbances, and representing Seminole on technical committees.
