The System Safety Engineer reviews product systems, support equipment, facilities, specifications, and operations; establishes and analyzes safety requirements; develops safety documentation; audits operational areas; participates in accident investigations; and evaluates the cost-effectiveness of safety requirements across system design and development. The role requires an engineering degree, system-safety knowledge, project and team leadership experience, and strong communication skills. It is a full-time position with a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

Experience leading projects and teams
Experience with software safety requirements across the full development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications: Military or civilian flight experience
