Description
Flex is hiring a System Senior Staff Engineer based in Changi, Singapore to lead system architecture, feasibility assessment, and system integration for coffee-machine products from conceptual prototypes through full-scale production. The role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages customer and supplier interfaces, owns system requirements and design deliverables, reviews reliability and test strategies, and supports defect and action-tracker processes. Candidates need a degree in electrical, software, or mechanical engineering, at least 15 years of coffee-machine design experience, and knowledge of embedded microcontroller architectures, hardware–software partitioning, requirements definition, testing, and related control and connectivity technologies.
