NVIDIA is hiring a System Software Engineer for its GPU Performance and Power Management Software team. The role designs, develops, and debugs production software for GPU P-state management, Power Management Controllers, DVFS, and power-management technologies across the product lifecycle, including pre-silicon development, validation, silicon bring-up, and production support. The engineer will collaborate with GPU architects, hardware designers, firmware, driver, validation, platform, and data-center systems teams, and will analyze workload, clock, voltage, power, thermal, telemetry, and system-policy interactions. The posting requires a relevant BS or MS degree and at least two years of relevant industry experience or equivalent system-software experience, with C programming and low-level kernel software emphasized. The base salary range is 124,000 USD to 195,500 USD for Level 2 and 152,000 USD to 241,500 USD for Level 3, with equity and benefits available.
