Description
NVIDIA is hiring a CUDA Systems Software Engineer to design, implement, validate, and ship production C/C++ features and optimizations in the CUDA driver and runtime. The role focuses on optimizing kernel launch, synchronization, memory management, CPU–GPU coordination, and system interconnects; diagnosing performance problems across software and hardware boundaries; characterizing new platforms; and translating workload evidence into API, programming-model, and hardware-software direction. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of systems-software development experience, strong C/C++ and concurrency foundations, and demonstrated software-performance improvement. The base salary is 124,000 USD to 195,500 USD, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until September 20, 2026.
