Description
The role provides end-user and device support across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android environments, administers Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Intune, and performs workstation imaging, scripting, hardware support, and troubleshooting. It also supports networking, conference-room technology, and manufacturing and warehouse systems, including Python automation, LabVIEW, thermal printers, barcode scanners, and industrial scales. The position requires an associate's degree or equivalent experience, Microsoft 365 and Intune support experience, PowerShell scripting, desktop hardware knowledge, networking fundamentals, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
