Description
Amentum is hiring a System Test Engineer to support NASA’s COSMOS contract and test software releases used in the Johnson Space Center Mission Control Center. The role involves requirements analysis, test planning and procedures, execution of system and subsystem tests, documentation of test results, coordination with NASA and other partners, and participation in quality reviews. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree and 2–5 years of general experience, with preferred spaceflight operations experience and familiarity with automation, Linux, Git, Python, and related systems. Travel is required 1–2 times per year, and the position pays $92,000–$120,000 annually with health, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
