ASSA ABLOY is hiring a System Test Team Lead to lead and mentor an experienced test team while remaining hands-on with system and functional testing of the ARX security solution. The role covers planning and executing manual and automated tests across software and hardware environments, improving QA practices and automation with Python, Selenium, and Robot Framework, troubleshooting defects, and performing functional, performance, stress, and reliability testing. The position offers hybrid work with regular access to the Stockholm lab and requires leadership, communication, analytical, and English skills.
