Description
Airobotics is seeking a System Validation Manager to lead end-to-end experimental and system-validation activities for complex unmanned and multidisciplinary systems. The role owns test planning, execution, analysis, reporting, and closure; defines test objectives, instrumentation, and pass/fail criteria; leads laboratory, ground, field, and flight-test campaigns; troubleshoots issues in real time; analyzes telemetry and system behavior; and develops the test and validation team. The position requires an engineering degree, at least five years of experience in system testing, validation, integration, or experimental engineering, strong hands-on engineering capability, and experience building and managing a test or validation team.
