Visa is hiring a hybrid Infrastructure Operations and Production Support Engineer to support critical containerized applications and orchestration platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift. The role includes deployment, configuration, scaling, automation, root-cause analysis, remediation, vulnerability and patch management, ITIL incident, change, problem, and release management, and collaboration with platform, engineering, and delivery teams. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum GPA of 3.0 are required; Unix/Linux, Python, cloud platforms, configuration management, networking, and software engineering experience are preferred.
