Boeing is hiring a permanent Systems Administrator to support IT systems for the Royal New Zealand Air Force P-8A Poseidon program at RNZAF Base Ohakea. The role manages, maintains, and troubleshoots servers, networks, and data-centre infrastructure; implements security and access controls; performs backups and disaster recovery; and provides technical support to the customer. It is a shift-work position requiring experience with complex systems administration, Windows and Linux, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity frameworks, with NetApp experience advantageous. Applicants must be New Zealand citizens or hold New Zealand permanent residency to obtain a New Zealand Defence Security Clearance.
