Description
The Systems Administrator will manage and maintain the North America entity’s IT infrastructure and software development environment, including Windows client and server administration, hardware and network support, cybersecurity, system monitoring, troubleshooting, and technology upgrades. The role also provides help-desk support, onboarding assistance, and collaboration with development, DevOps, and other stakeholders. Requirements include US citizenship with an active security clearance or ability to obtain one, 2–5 years of Systems Administrator or related IT experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Windows, Linux, networking, and cybersecurity.
