Kelley Create is hiring a Systems Administrator to provide escalated Tier II support, change control, and Pre-Sales Engineering solutions for client end users. The role includes onsite diagnosis and repair, planned network maintenance, troubleshooting elevated requests, systems analysis, and consulting with users on hardware, software, and system specifications. The position requires at least three years of experience in IT support, consulting, or a related field, with experience in O365, Windows Servers, LAN/WAN configuration, and end-user service.
