Optimal Market Technologies is hiring a Systems Administrator to work alongside an existing sysadmin on its production infrastructure for a fintech broker-dealer. The role owns Linux and network estates across colocation and cloud, infrastructure security, connectivity monitoring, incident response, recovery procedures, and automation through Infrastructure as Code. The position is hybrid in Chicago or New York City and offers a $140,000–$200,000 base salary plus a discretionary bonus.
