Description
The Systems Administrator will oversee and maintain the Warren County Water District’s computer systems and networks, including LANs, WANs, network switches, wireless infrastructure, virtualized servers, directory services, security appliances, backup and disaster recovery, helpdesk support, VoIP, cloud email, websites, and video surveillance. The role requires extensive hands-on troubleshooting, network and server administration, cybersecurity practices, and coordination with vendors, operations personnel, and end users. It reports to the Information Technology Supervisor, requires a 40-hour week plus extra time, some travel, and a valid driver’s license, and requires First Aid/CPR certification upon employment.
