Description
The County IT Infrastructure Administrator manages and supports the County’s servers, data centers, cloud services, virtualization, Microsoft 365, backup and disaster recovery, endpoint security, storage, and critical public safety systems. The role provides Tier III technical support, administers multiple operating systems and hardware platforms, leads mobile device management, participates in budget planning, and represents the Department to other County departments and outside agencies. It requires five years of complex server systems design and support experience, a bachelor’s degree in an information systems, computer science, or related field, dependable transportation, and a pre-employment criminal background check; Microsoft and A+ certifications are preferred. The position is exempt, pays $97,664.67, and is performed in an indoor office setting.
