Description
Ntiva is hiring a Systems Administrator II to provide on-site and hybrid-remote technical support for client infrastructure, including Microsoft, HP, Dell, and Cisco environments. The role covers workstation repair, malware removal, network configuration, RDP and Office 365 support, server backup monitoring, wireless connectivity, mobile device support, Exchange mailbox administration, and Active Directory management. It requires approximately 30% onsite work in the DFW and Houston, Texas area, a Monday–Friday schedule, rotating on-call participation, and a college or technical degree or three years of relevant IT support experience. The position offers a base salary of $54,000–$60,000 per year and medical, dental, vision, retirement, disability, and paid-time-off benefits.
