Description
The Systems Administrator will manage site computing equipment, provide technical and customer support for applications, systems, networks, and technologies, and maintain secure, reliable, and sustainable IT solutions. Responsibilities include installing and removing hardware and software, troubleshooting application issues, performing backups and system maintenance, automating routine tasks, resolving security events, managing change requests, supporting incident management and recovery, and contributing to cybersecurity and service improvement. A bachelor’s degree with at least two years of related experience is preferred, while equivalent education or experience may be considered.
