NetGO Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Administrator to support the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance, specifically for the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). The role involves ensuring the infrastructure and hosted services run smoothly, participating in the Change Control Board (CCB) as a technical advisor, managing change processes, recommending system maintenance procedures, identifying potential failures, providing IT consulting assistance, maintaining software, supporting various platforms, documenting firewall rules, ensuring system availability, performing security patching, and monitoring system security. The candidate will also handle system administration tasks across Windows Active Directory, Linux, VMware, and other platforms, as well as perform backups and data restores.
