TLC Solutions is hiring a full-time Systems Administrator (Service) in Langley, British Columbia, with a Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. The role provides Tier 2 technical support, resolves hardware, software, and communication-device issues, builds network infrastructure and servers, monitors client systems, performs assessments, conducts onsite service trips, and mentors junior team members. Candidates need at least four years of IT support or education, strong networking and Microsoft 365 and Windows Server experience, customer service experience, a Class 5 driver’s license, and the ability to work in British Columbia and travel to client sites.
