Description
The Systems Administrator will support an enterprise IT environment by administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, networking, firewalls, VPNs, and related infrastructure. The role includes troubleshooting connectivity and infrastructure issues, performing patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and application support, while using ServiceNow and ITIL processes to manage incidents, requests, problems, and changes. The position requires at least five years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience, strong Windows and networking expertise, customer-facing communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
