Description
The Senior Systems Analyst will serve as a subject-matter expert for assigned technology products and platform features, driving operational excellence, incident management, automation, deployments, monitoring, remediation, and performance evaluation. The role provides application troubleshooting, stakeholder analysis, documentation, user-story and test-case development, agile participation, and collaboration with development teams on integrations, security, compliance, audits, and patches. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience, at least five years of directly related professional experience, healthcare experience, pharmacy knowledge preferred, and expertise in SQL, databases, Agile, Product Model, DevSecOps, and Agile tools.
