Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission is hiring a Cloud Security Architect in Austin, Texas. The role leads secure-by-default architecture design and implementation across cloud-native, microservices, and AI-enabled systems, ensures compliance with state and federal frameworks, and supports modernization and transformation initiatives. The position requires at least eight years of information security and systems architecture experience, including cloud-native architecture, identity and access management, zero trust, threat modeling, microservices, APIs, containers, CSPM, and DevSecOps. It is three days remote with two onsite days on Mondays and Thursdays, and accepts only local candidates.
