Description
Texas Health and Human Services Commission is seeking an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger Business Analyst to support concurrent upgrades and implement new module projects for state government financial systems. The role includes requirements analysis, stakeholder meetings, documentation, test scenarios, training materials, hands-on testing, and support across multiple test cycles. It requires at least eight years of relevant PeopleSoft, state government accounting, business analysis, testing, and stakeholder presentation experience, with additional preferred experience in Texas CAPPS Financials, Scrum, Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Phire. The position is remote for candidates within the United States and may require work outside standard business hours.
