Description
The Systems Analyst supports Capstone's internal systems ecosystem, primarily Entrata, while also managing FloQast, Leni, construction management software, an IT ticketing system, and other Capstone-specific systems. The role owns system administration, troubleshooting, security, vendor relationships, data analysis, reporting, integrations, implementations, training, and technology-roadmap work, partnering with the CFO, operations, leadership, and Lincoln. It requires a strong real estate background, 3+ years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical and stakeholder-management abilities.
