The role manages system setup and configuration, evaluates hardware, software, and network systems, assesses business requirements, plans upgrades, prepares cost-benefit analyses, coordinates testing, documents processes, trains users, maintains systems, troubleshoots errors, and implements scalable information systems. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology or equivalent experience, 7–10 years of information technology and systems analysis experience, strong analytical and programming knowledge, and experience installing, configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing applications and systems.
