Description
The role is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, testing, and repairing computer networks, workstations, servers, hardware, software, user accounts, and related rooms. It also provides end-user support, troubleshoots LAN, WAN, and internet issues, implements network security, manages disk space and device inventory, coordinates IT equipment changes, and trains users on system use and security. The position requires at least two years of related work experience, no supervisory experience, and a technical, trade, or vocational school degree is preferred.
