Sparksoft is hiring an Operations Shift Analyst to support the operability of a data services hub system during night shifts and as needed for 24/7 on-call support. The role monitors production and pre-production environments using tools such as New Relic and Splunk, analyzes change requests and remediation tickets, performs root-cause analysis, escalates issues, collaborates with operations and integrated partners, and produces bi-hourly and daily reports. The position requires Java or relevant core knowledge, system engineering understanding, problem management, change control, public trust clearance, and United States residency for three of the past five years; a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 4 to 6+ years of related experience are also listed.
