Description
The Systems Analyst will plan, execute, and monitor IT activities; manage support tickets; provide technical support; maintain and update systems; gather requirements; analyze problems; support IT projects; control user access and permissions; and validate implementations and integrations. The role requires higher education, knowledge of TOTVS Protheus ERP BackOffice modules, basic SQL, and Protheus architecture, with additional experience in TOTVS modules, Fluig, and Meu RH advantageous.
